Kris Steinnes is the visionary founder of the Women of Wisdom Conference, which has been bringing women together since 1993, and formed a wonderful community.

Sylvia Brallier is an author and the founder of The ShamaSoma Method…a compassionate and integrative approach to personal transformation for body, mind emotions and spirit. For over 25 years she has been sharing her powerful and effective methods for personal transformation internationally.

We live in a time of huge change on our planet. so many changes need to happen, it can seem almost overwhelming. As they say, “Think globally, act locally.” Your own self is as about as local as you can get! By transforming your own inner ecosystem of consciousness, you can more easily, as Gandhi evoked, be the change you want to see.

Once this is accomplished, what you can do in the world becomes more unlimited.
